Group or Corporate Charters

Did you know that you can charter a ship or have a big group take over most of a ship for a group of friends, family reunion, or a corporate event? You will feel as if the ship is yours!

• Book at least a year in advance to get a group rate or even qualify for a free cruise.
• Ships may be equipped with with audio/visual equipment, faxes, Internet, and plenty of room to hold a meeting or seminar if you are doing a corporate event.
• Shore excursions may include golf, horseback riding, museum tours, entertainment shows, jet boat rides, helicopter rides, spa days, wine tasting and more.
• Advantages: You have complete control over the use of all the public areas, the cabins, the daytime and nighttime activities, menus, entertainment, and the itinerary. When you charter the ship, the boat is yours, without any conflicts from the other passengers or the other activities. You save money with a whole boat charter, and your group has a great time.
• Disadvantages: Once a charter has been negotiated and a deposit made, there is no refund. Almost all major cruise lines demand a substantial deposit up front so be certain of your intent before you sign a contract. Also, remember that even though you may only need 70% or so of the actual capacity of a cruise ship, the price will be based on the entire capacity of the vessel.
