American Cruise Lines – 12 Cruises

We have booked 14 cruises through USA River Cruises. Our first cruise booked through them started in August of 2019. Our 12th cruise booked through them ended in April of 2025. We will take two more cruises in 2026. Their service, communication, and assistance has always been exceptional. If you want to book a cruise on a smaller ship their expert knowledge is essential. They remind us when it is time to book excursions, keep us up to date on payment due dates, have advocated for us when issues arose with the cruise line, and treated us as friends instead of just customers.
