Cruise along the Shannon Waterway aboard the Shannon Princess, making your way thru small lakes and rivers of Ireland. Captain Ruiari will be your local guide, and his carefully chosen crew will provide attentive service and warm hospitality during your cruise. The vessel’s salon and dining area are the social center of the barge, with plenty of seating and portrait windows to enjoy the view. Or head to the upper deck and enjoy the view from the hot tub – maybe with a cup of coffee and Baileys! Enjoy Irish cuisine with Chef Olivia, trained at Ireland’s prestigious Ballymaloe School of Cookery. Her ‘New Irish’ cuisine are creative takes on traditional ingredients (insert your own potato joke here). The sightseeing includes stops of culinary importance, including whiskey tasting and lunch at a Guinness and Oyster Bar.
