I have dealt with several persons in the agency, and I find all of them to be very helpful and resourceful. I used to plan trips on my own and it was very time-consuming. Now I rely on this agency and find that my travel dollar goes so much further with them because they have relationships with many travel companies which gives the agency perks and they pass them on to us, the consumer.
