Ideal for couples away on a romantic weekend or business guests requiring more space for work, this room has everything you need for a restful hotel experience.

    2Vancouver, BC to Kamloops
    Please ensure your luggage is clearly labelled with your name and contact information. Hotel staff will collect your luggage 45 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Please have your luggage ready for the bellman just inside the door to your hotel room. You are not required to wait in your room for luggage collection. If you prefer to handle your own luggage, please advise the bell team by 8 PM the evening prior to your departure. A Rocky Mountaineer representative will greet you at the designated location within the hotel. If you have not yet checked-in for your train journey online you may do so at this time. A boarding pass and information on your Kamloops accommodation will be provided during check-in. Rocky Mountaineer luggage tags will be provided prior to boarding your motorcoach transfer. Check-in must be completed at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up window. Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. On today's journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Breakfast & lunch are included onboard. Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room.

    3Kamloops, BC to Jasper, AB
    Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the train siding from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents. Today your journey continues north and east to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Once again you will be surrounded by dramatic scenery as you follow the banks of the North Thompson River through the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains, climbing ever nearer to the high peaks of the Continental Divide. Today?s highlights include Mount Robson, at 3,954 metres (12,972 feet) the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard. Your rail journey ends this evening between 6:45 PM 8:45 PM and on arrival in the resort town of Jasper. Upon arrival at the Rocky Mountaineer Jasper Train Siding, you will be transferred to the Drop-Off Location noted in your itinerary. Please allow time for the bellmen to deliver luggage to your room. Your admission to Canadian national parks is included in your package. Your pass is only valid for the number of days that you have booked accommodation in a National Park through Rocky Mountaineer

    All guests must check in as a group at the specified dining reservation time listed in the travel documents, otherwise the restaurant will be unable to accommodate the reservation. Please re-confirm the location with the front desk. Note: All taxes and gratuities are included with your hotel meal plan. Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional cost. Depart by private motorcoach for a full day sightseeing tour along the Icefields Parkway, one of the world's most scenic highways. The highlight today is a visit to the Columbia Icefield and an Ice Explorer ride on the Athabasca Glacier. Tour the Athabasca Glacier in a giant six-wheel drive Ice Explorer vehicle while your guide explains the history of this ancient glacier and points out interesting geological features. Think of it like a "monster-truck meets glacier" adventure where you learn new things!

The restaurant dress code is casual. Depart by motorcoach for your full-day tour of Banff and Lake Louise. A stop for free time will be made at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for you to revel in the breathtaking surroundings of Lake Louise. Reboard your motorcoach and continue your tour concluding with a return to your Banff hotel.

    7Banff, AB to Lake Louise to Kamloops
    Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the train from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents. Your journey takes you through a spectacular array of scenery as you travel between the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies, over mountain passes and through remarkable tunnels, along rocky lakeshores and across the ranchlands of the interior. Today's highlights include the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels, the Kicking Horse Canyon, Rogers Pass and Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven. Breakfast and lunch are included onboard. You will arrive in Kamloops between 6:30pm and 8:00pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the city, or relaxing in your hotel.

    8Kamloops, AB to Vancouver, BC
    Early this morning, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the train siding from your hotel. Your pick-up times will be provided with your final travel documents. On today's journey west, you will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard. You will arrive in Vancouver between 5:30 PM and 7:30PM. Rail schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen delays. If your package does not already include accommodation at the end of your journey, please do not arrange connecting transportation, including flights, on this day. Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Station, you will be transferred by motorcoach to your hotel.
