Sister ship to the ‘American Splendor’, the American Heritage made its debut in 2015 and has recently been refurbished inside with a new serene color palette, luxurious textiles and linens, and sophisticated artwork and flourishes, celebrating the Mighty Mississippi River. This paddlewheeler has recreated the grandeur of past riverboats while possessing the latest safety, environmental and construction technologies. The ship has the look of a traditional riverboat along with more amenities, a faster speed, and an unmatched level of comfort. Features include six unique lounges, a library, an elegant dining salon, elevator service to all decks, and exceptionally large staterooms.
Relax in the Paddlewheel Lounge on the 2nd deck and share the day’s adventures with fellow travelers. The midship lounges offer the perfect place to read a book or play a card game. If you are in the mood for a workout, visit the Fitness Center on the 4th deck to use the elliptical or exercise bikes.
Enjoy an evening cocktail party, before being treated to the finest locally sourced and regionally inspired cuisine in the restaurant. In the evening, listen to a performance by local musicians in the River Lounge to cap off your day.
